LB's Business Language Training Program suits our needs perfectly. As senior consultants of SAP China, we use English as our daily work language. We have little problem in terms of communication concerning technical aspects, nevertheless we do encounter a lot of difficulty in the social aspects in everyday life. The LB training program taught us how to break the ice at social events, how to order in western restaurants how to make effective presentations, and so on. All modules are vivid simulations of our real life and work situations and are therefore perfectly useful. On top of that, LB trainers are the most humorous trainers I have met. They present us rich and knowledge/skill intensive classes and yet with so much fun. Their course delivery adopted team-building approaches, which involved every trainee effectively, reflected our real work mode and therefore met our real needs perfectly.

Working in a MNE, I find my biggest headache is to sit in meetings with the overseas engineers—I couldn’t express myself well at these meetings and often missed chances to speak for myself, and it agitated me so much to listen to other people articulate their views and points. After taking LB's corporate language course, I could, finally, start to voice my opinions during these meeting and participate in discussions so that I can be heard by my colleagues and especially my boss—and that feels great!

I didn’t have much interest or much time for English learning before I took Freescale's in-house corporate training provided by LB. I was, I had to admit, kind of forced to sit in the first class. But what I didn’t expect was that I was totally carried away ever since the first LB class all classes are so educating and entertaining at the same time! Now I look forward to the LB training evening every week and I can’t wait to take the classes… they are my best time of every week.
